For this position, you will be working with one of our high-profile clients from the **European institutions**. **Your Role** - Oversee a portfolio of IT services, including SAP Business Intelligence, SAP Data Services, Qlik Sense, and Power BI. - Integrate project strategies to ensure alignment with business strategies, drivers, and management priorities. - Consolidate all service-related elements, including cost models, service catalog pages, documentation, monitoring, security, and software licensing. - Identify opportunities to reduce costs in IT and business leadership. - Act as an interface and coordinator between data center teams and DGs. - Take ownership of all issues, requests for improvement, and requests for information. - Serve as the single point of contact. - Bring the "business value" perspective and drive priorities in the development of IT services. - Maintain services manageable at scale and financially viable, balancing customer needs with industrialization constraints. **Who We Think You Are** **Knowledge and skills** - Ability to combine many different skills and experiences to address and solve business, information, and technology related opportunities and problems - Experience in managing ICT related projects - Experience in managing SaaS products - Hands-on experience in Software Development, Data, Cloud and Infrastructure-as-Code - Promotion skills (“selling” the results of architectural approaches through presentations). - Ability to give business and technical presentations. - Ability to cope with fast changing technologies. - Ability to challenge technical design, architecture and decisions - Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences. - Analysis and problem solving skills. **Specific expertise** - At least 8 years specific expertise in Software Development - At least 8 years of specific expertise in Agile projects (level 4) - At least 3 years of specific expertise in Cloud technologies - At least 1 year of specific expertise in ETL technologies - Specific expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code - Specific expertise in Container technologies (e.g. Docker). **Certification** Following certificates & standards **are required** for the performance of tasks: - Project Management Professional (PMP) Optional: - Any Cloud certification
