A leading European **retailer**is rapidly expanding its digital marketplace, connecting millions of customers with thousands of brands across multiple countries. In this role you will be partnering with business leaders, providing insights that shape strategy, improve efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
- Your _**key responsibilities**_as the Finance controller: _
- Lead **budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting**to provide a clear financial picture for decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to identify **growth opportunities, manage risks and capture opportunities**, using variance analysis to drive actions.
- Strengthen **financial operations**by ensuring smooth accounting flows, optimising **treasury management**.
- What you bring as a **finance controller**:
- **Master’s degree**in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
- **3-8 years of experience**in Financial controlling, FP&A or business finance.
- Fluency in **French or Dutch.**English is an asset.
