Functieomschrijving
Analyseren van de prijs-vraag van de klant en eventueel terugkoppelen voor bijkomende info.
- In functie van de vraag:
- Mogelijke oplossingen en bijbehorende kostprijs evalueren door airlines of te contacteren voor zending specifieke oplossingen, of met PCM de kostprijs evalueren voor contract rates.
- In geval van import tarieven opvragen bij de bewuste buitenlandse kantoren.
- Opmaken van de offerte en uitsturen naar de klant (zowel extern als intern)
- Opvolgen van de offerte en het resultaat registreren.
- Ongeveer 80% van de offertes betreft zending specifieke offertes.
Uw profiel
- Je bent een ondernemend en nauwkeurig persoon die commercieel ingesteld is, met een analytische geest.
- Je kan vlot overweg met excel en werken met percentages is geen probleem voor jou.
- Je hebt geen moeite met multi-tasken om strakke deadlines te halen maar je kan ook prioriteiten zetten.
- Je werkt graag samen met andere teams, zoals de customer service of het capacity management team. Jij maakt de offertes op basis van hun input. Je bent van nature dan ook een nieuwsgierig persoon die de juiste vragen stelt.
