**Mission**

You will manage the online community, mainly on LinkedIn, by creating engaging content, and also design user-friendly web interfaces. In addition, you will be in charge of designing marketing materials that align with AMA’s identity.

**Profile**

Your role will involve interacting with a diverse group of developers and designers remotely. Therefore, team spirit and autonomy are a must.

Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory, as well as a strong understanding of web design principles and user experience best practices.

Above all, strong motivation is the key to success.

**Fast Track**

Once you have fully grasped this role, you will have the opportunity to progress internally (as a Senior UX Designer). We will provide all necessary training and support to help you achieve your career goals.

**Recruitment Process**

Our hiring process typically spans around 10 days and involves two to three interviews conducted by our Human Resources and Management teams.
