Voor ons Operations Departement in België zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Technical Support Operator voor onze Customer Care Afdeling.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je ontvangt alle vragen van onze klanten en dit zowel telefonisch als per mail. Je bezorgt onze klanten zo snel mogelijk een correct antwoord of je biedt hen onmiddellijk een adequate oplossing.
- Als eerste aanspreekpunt behandel je technisch gerelateerde vragen.
- Je ondersteunt jouw Teamleader met de taken die aan jou worden toevertrouwd.
**Jouw profiel**
De ideale kandidaat voor deze functie is een doorzetter die in staat is om nieuwe informatie op een snelle en correcte manier te begrijpen en toe te passen.
- Je hebt mínimaal 1 jaar ervaring met telefonische klantendienstcontacten.
- **Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel gesproken als geschreven.**:
- Je bent klantgericht en je bent in staat om op een correcte manier de vragen van klanten te beantwoorden.
- Je bent een voorbeeld van professionalisme, beleefdheid en je kan het klantencontact naar een hoger niveau tillen.
- Je bent flexibel en punctueel en je bent bereid om in shiften te werken.
- Je bent in staat om de noden van de klant te analyseren en hierop gepast te reageren.
- Je bent nauwkeurig en je bent in staat om je werk te organiseren.
- je bent geïnteresseerd in de technische kant van het Verisure alarmsysteem
