A major part of your job is to support our manager by fulfilling the administrative and organizational tasks given by her, so her daily operations can be performed as smoothly as possible. In addition to that, you will be in charge of some office support tasks, such as supporting in ordering and maintaining internal office equipment and supplies, invoicing, supporting HR with administrative tasks, etc.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, such as appointment coordination, expense reports, travel arrangements, ordering office supplies,
- Support HR in administrative and on/offboarding processes.
- Assist with the coordination of conference calls, webcasts, and stakeholders’ meetings.
- Work closely with BD and HR to coordinate company events and initiatives.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- 1+ years of related experience in administrative work, preferably in a biopharma environment, and a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 3-year college/ university.
- Ability to work effectively as either a team player or independently, in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing projects to ensure timely deliverables.
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and excel.
- Writing and speaking fluently in English and Dutch
- Chinese is a plus, and any other language is a bonus
- Attentive to details
