**VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**:
- ** Beheer van het geïntegreerde managementsysteem (IMS)**
De kwaliteit van de verschillende processen (operationeel en documenten) sturen door de betrokken verantwoordelijken bij te staan bij de formalisering, de conformiteitsnaleving en het beheer van de documentatie ivm het IMS.
Toezicht houden op de opvolging van de non-conformiteiten en het opstellen van de actieplannen
- ** Beheer van de documentatie van het geïntegreerde managementsysteem**:
Het ontwerp, de periodieke herziening en de publicatie van de documentatie sturen en de betrokken verantwoordelijken hierin bij te staan
- ** Beheer van de interne en externe audits**:
De interne audits van het geïntegreede managementsysteem (QVM, RSE, Copro, ETS,) organiser et opvolgen
**TAKEN**:
- Het geïntegreerde managementsysteem bouwen en sturen zodat het de doelstellingen van Colas volledig ondersteunt, de doeltreffendheid ervan beoordelen en het verder ontwikkelen- De processen-verantwoordelijken begeleiden bij de continu verbetering van hun processen- Beheren van de periodieke herziening van de verschillende processen van het bedrijf- De directieherziening voorbereiden en animeren, en vervolgens het bijbehorende actieplan opvolgen- De reden van non-conformiteiten analyseren en de voornaamste oorzaken identificeren- Corrigerende/preventieve maatregelen voorstellen om deze non-conformiteiten op te lossen. De uitvoering ervan opvolgen- Ontwikkeling en animatie van bewustmakingsacties voor het personeel- Beheer van het kwaliteitsdocumentatiesysteem en van het bijbehorende informaticasysteem, overeenkomstig de procedures van de groep, de normen en de wettelijke voorschriften- Beheer van het proces voor de creatie, periodieke herziening en goedkeuring van gedocumenteerde informatie- Aanmaak en validatie van het auditprogramma (processen, normen, te auditeren locaties, geplande auditperioden) en de uitvoering ervan- Beheren en ontwikkelen van een team van interne auditeurs**COMPENTENTIES, STUDIES EN ERVARING**:
