Binnen ons filiaal te **Wilrijk**, onder verantwoordelijkheid van de Branch Manager, sta jij in voor het behalen van de commerciële doelstelling van de cluster door een correcte administratieve, commerciële en technische behandeling van de vragen van onze klanten.

Als **Product Support Tertiair (M/V/X)**zal dit jouw missie zijn:

- Je gebruikt jouw verkoopvaardigheden om nieuwe diensten, oplossingen en producten aan te bieden aan onze klanten. Hierbij zet je promoties extra in de kijker.
- Je analyseert de behoeften van de klant en stelt passende oplossingen voor.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve, commerciële en technische opvolging van offertes en bestellingen.
- Je ondersteunt de vertegenwoordigers in commerciële en technische taken.
- Dankzij onze opleidingen blijf je op de hoogte van nieuwe producten en trends binnen de residentiële markt.
- Je werkt samen met collega’s uit alle afdelingen.
- Afhankelijk van je woonplaats zal je tewerkgesteld worden in Hasselt, Turnhout of Wilrijk.

**Jouw profiel**
Je volgde een technische opleiding in elektriciteit en/of hebt ervaring in de elektrische sector.
