Binnen ons filiaal te **Wilrijk OF Turnhout**, onder verantwoordelijkheid van de Product Support Manager Tertiair, sta jij in voor het behalen van de commerciële doelstelling van de cluster/regio door een correcte administratieve, commerciële en technische behandeling van de vragen van onze klanten.

Als **Product Support Tertiair** (M/V/X) zal dit jouw missie zijn:

- Je geeft technisch advies aan onze klanten over specifieke vragen binnen** projecten zoals scholen, woonzorgcentra, ziekenhuizen**,
- Je gebruikt jouw **verkoopvaardigheden**om nieuwe diensten, oplossingen en producten aan te bieden aan onze klanten. Hierbij zet je promoties extra in de kijker.
- Je analyseert de behoeften van de klant en stelt passende oplossingen voor.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte** administratieve, commerciële en technische opvolging van offertes en bestellingen**.
- Je ondersteunt de vertegenwoordigers in commerciële en technische taken.
- Dankzij onze **opleidingen**blijf je op de hoogte van nieuwe producten en trends binnen de tertiaire markt.
- Je werkt samen met collega’s uit alle afdelingen.
- Afhankelijk van je woonplaats, werk je in het filiaal van Wilrijk of Turnhout.

**Jouw profiel**
- Technische opleiding in elektriciteit (elektriciteit, elektromechanica, industriële wetenschappen, ) of je hebt hetzelfde niveau bereikt door jouw ervaring als elektricien.
- Praktische ervaring de je graag inzet om de behoeften van de klanten (installateurs) beter te begrijpen.
- Je kan vlot werken met Microsoft Office en Outlook.
- Georganiseerd, met goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een sterke teamgeest.
