JOB DESCRIPTION: The scope of our mission is to reinforce a team as a right-hand Project Executive to contribute to a strategic initiative on long-term portfolio steering, helping anticipate resource needs, manage risks, and structure decision-making over a 15-year horizon in the energy infrastructure domain. The Key responsibilities expected from our on-site delegate might include: - Steering committee preparation and afterwork - Follow-up and challenge of risks and issues in the streams and cross streams - Follow-up and support of people impact analysis, the change and communication plan of the projects/streams and on the program level - Follow-up and challenge of milestone planning and deliverables - Provide support to projects/streams with data analysis and data processing - Develop a good understanding of the projects/streams in the program and help identifying interdependencies - Support the development of roadmaps for specific topics The experience we are actively looking for: - 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic business projects or programs - Strong command of Excel and familiarity with data scripting (R or similar language) - Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with a hands-on approach - Fluent communication skills in Dutch or French and English - Autonomous, proactive, and able to manage priorities to meet program deadlines - Ideally experienced in the energy sector or portfolio management - Strong relationship management from executive sponsorship to project management - An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic is a great start) - Immediate availability is preferred Check with AETHER if more impactful opportunities are relevant for your experience or objectives.
