Samen bouwen aan je professionele toekomst **Functie**: Als **Helpdesk IT Support** bied jij ondersteuning aan collega's, maar ook aan de techniekers. Samen met je collega's, een team van 4 enthousiaste IT-helden, zorg jij voor het volgende takenpakket: - Op **afstand**, ondersteun jij het volledige installatiepark (inbraak-, brand-, IP- en toegangscontrolesystemen). - Daarnaast voer je ook de nodige **interventies** uit. - Je biedt **first line support** aan collega's, maar ook aan de techniekers op de baan. **Aanbod**: Niet alleen zullen we je warm verwelkomen binnen deze familiale en groeiende onderneming, maar je geniet bovendien van talloze voordelen: - Een **contract van onbepaalde duur**. - Een **competitief salaris**. - ** Ecocheques** ter waarde van €250. - ** Hospitalisatieverzekering**. - ** CAO 90 **(jaarlijkse bonus). - ** Voltijdse** tewerkstelling van 40 uur per week. - ** 20 wettelijke verlofdagen** en **12 ADV-dagen**. - ** Bedrijfswagen** en **GSM**. Bovendien kan je je ook behelpen in het **Engels**. - Je **communicatieve vaardigheden** zijn één van je grootste troeven. Daarenboven ben je een echte **teamplayer** en durf je de lat voor jezelf hoog te leggen. **Over de organisatie**: Deze **familiale KMO** is een gevestigde waarde voor klanten op vlak van installatie en onderhoud van brand - en inbraakdetectie.
