ICF Next is looking for a **Digital Technical Expert** to work from one of our client's premises. Are you passionate about creating seamless, user-friendly digital experiences? Do you have a sharp eye for detail and a knack for transforming complex content into accessible, high-quality web pages? We’re looking for a **Digital Technical Expert** to support the evolution of the **Health Technology Assessment (HTA)** webpage within the **Europa Web Publishing Platform (EWPP)**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement solutions for integrating, migrating, and updating content within the preformatted **Drupal HTA webpage**, using the **EWPP** corporate publishing solution.
- Manage the full **content publication lifecycle**, including uploading, updating, and organizing digital files.
- Define and integrate **technological components** into EWPP to enhance functionality.
- Support multimedia and document transformations for web compatibility (format conversion, video/image editing, data visualization, etc.).
- Design and maintain an **intuitive, user-centered navigation structure** that complies with European Commission guidelines.
- Optimize content organization to improve user engagement and accessibility.
- Continuously assess the HTA page, adapting it to meet evolving audience needs and policy objectives.
- Implement stakeholder feedback to refine and expand the site’s functionality in collaboration with policy teams.
- Ensure full **compliance with web accessibility** and **data protection standards**.
- Conduct **quality assurance** and performance testing on all final deliverables.
- Identify and correct **encoding errors** and formatting issues.
- Collaborate closely with IT, communications, and HTA teams in an **interdisciplinary environment**.

**Knowledge & Skills**

We’re looking for a creative problem-solver with:

- Solid knowledge of **W3C standards** (HTML, XML, XSL, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, WAI-compliance, mobile formats, etc.)
- Understanding of **information systems architecture**
- Awareness of **A.I. technologies** and their integration potential
- Proficiency with **modelling tools** (e.g. UML)
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving **technological landscapes**
- Excellent **communication and collaboration skills**
- Strong **team player**, ready to thrive in a **multicultural, international** work environment
- Self-starting attitude and ability to work independently

**Language & Experience Requirements**
- ** English proficiency** at B2 level or higher (Understanding, Speaking, Writing)
- ** Minimum 2 years** of relevant work experience in digital content integration or web development
