Jij bent voor jouw collega's hét aanspreekpunt voor alle Security gerelateerde taken op deze hoogtechnologische site. De klant is op zoek naar mensen die samen willen groeien & hun competenties omtrent bewaking willen uitbreiden.

**Wat ga je doen?**:

- Je coördineert de operationele werking bij een toonaangevende speler uit de IT sector.
- Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor onze mensen op het terrein, onderhoudt nauwe contacten met de klant & rapporteert hierover aan de branch manager.
- The motivator is jouw bijnaam. Je bent een teamplayer die denkt in functie van de verschillende partijen.
- Je houdt rekening met de rentabiliteit en plant in functie hiervan.
- Je werkt mee aan een beleid met betrekking tot afwezigheden en turn over.
- Administratieve opvolging spreekt je aan. Dit kan gaan van bestellingen uniformen & materialen, stockbeheer, verwerking attesten etc.
- Je springt af en toe in op het terrein. Zo behoudt je het contact met de werkvloer & kan je ook bijsturen waar nodig.
- Je implementeert nieuwe procedures & werkt pro-actief aan verbeteringsvoorstellen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de PO's / team leaders.

**Wat verwachten wij van jou?**:

- Je hebt reeds enige **leidinggevende ervaring**. Bij voorkeur zit je reeds in een team leader functie.
- Sterk in opmaken van **planningen**.
- Proactief en zin voor initiatief.
- Je communiceert vlot in het **Engels. **Daarnaast heb je kennis van Nederlands / Frans.
- Je beschikt over een **goede pc kennis**. (Excel, Word, PPT,)
- Je bent goed in people management & neutraal in behandeling van conflicten.
- Je bent stressbestendig & hebt geen 9-17 mentaliteit.
- Je draait af en toe een operationele shift mee.
