We are looking for a **L **ead of AI Products & Impact EMEA **to drive the design and impact of our innovative AI solutions in commercial and medical with the unique opportunity impacting the lives of patients, doctors and the health environment in EMEA overall. You will be responsible to design and amplify the impact of data science in the company. Owning projects and thought leadership in the areas of next best action systems(Engagement.AI), Gen AI and others. This type of role will balance technological expertise, story telling, business sense and psychology/decision science. The role is reporting to the Head of Data Science & Analytics Strategy EMEA as part of the EMEA Strategy Organization. **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide overall leadership and direction for your team of experts focussing on bringing value with AI. Mentor and coach the data science team, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product managers, engineers, marketers, and medical experts, to understand the business problems, identify the data and AI opportunities, and deliver impactful data science solutions in close collaboration with out technology teams - Develop and implement data science value frameworks and methodologies, maximising ground breaking techniques and tools in machine learning, data engineering, data visualization, and experimentation. Establish and promote best in class data science, ensuring adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory requirement **Qualifications**: **Experience and Skills**: - Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field - Experience in leading and managing data science teams and projects - 5+ yrs in managing larger scale impact of Data Science / AI - You enjoy solving complex business problems and generate value while balancing the people impact - Strong leadership and the ability to encourage, empower, and develop your team members to be the best version of themselves. - Excellent communication and story telling skills, with the ability to explain complex data science concepts and results to differnet audiences - Showing strong curiosity about the evolution of technology, artificial intelligence, the latest trends and developments in the field **Other**: - 10% - 20% Travel - The role can be based in an EMEA hubs (among others in Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, UK, Switzerland) - The team language will english Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
