**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als **Sales Advisor** ondersteun je het sales team met het opmaken en opvolgen van offertes. Wanneer het contract eenmaal is ondertekend, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige onboarding van nieuwe klanten, waarbij je zowel telefonisch als via mail de klanten te woord staat. Je zal hiervoor een gedeelde klantenportefeuille beheren voor klanten met een groot vlootpotentieel. Tot slot, sta je in voor de klachtenbehandeling en spring je af en toe bij in het opmaken van tenders.
**Jouw profiel**
Hays Zaventem zoekt een persoon die zowel het **Nederlands**, het **Frans **als het **Engels **beheerst. Bij voorkeur heb je al een eerste relevante werkervaring achter de rug en weet je deze kennis aan te wenden om **offertes **op te maken en je klanten op te volgen. Tot slot ben je een luisterend oor voor de klanten en weet je hen te ondersteunen waar nodig.

**12 ADV-dagen** hebt.
**Thuiswerk **is mogelijk vanaf het vast contract.
