**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience**:

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling effective navigation of complex organizational challenges
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and alignment, including facilitating consensus among diverse groups
- Comprehensive knowledge of governance frameworks such as Terms of Reference (ToR) and Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RACI)
- Expertise in programme delivery methodologies and relevant experience in delivering programmes within a broader portfolio context

**DUTIES/ROLE**:

- Position the CSB Board narrative for presentation to the EMB (Executive Management Board) and CSB participants
- Support the resolution of challenges related to ToR (Terms of Reference) and RACI (Responsibility Assignment Matrix) alignment across various groups
- Review and refine strategy outputs to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Provide strategic problem resolution by anticipating and minimizing future challenges
- Guide the long-term strategy and advise on resource requirements for the CTO-CCOE (Chief Technology Office - Cloud Centre of Excellence)
- Support the ramp-up of the Cloud Portfolio (a programmatic organisational element of NCIA), including project resource demands and architectural/design alignment
