In line with the SWIFT strategy, the division plan, and approved budgets, to provide leadership and direction for one or several teams who design, develop, deliver and maintain IT solutions/products. To ensure work is in alignment with IT strategy, within stated time, cost constraints and quality standards.

If so, Swift is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Zero Touch Deployment and DevSecOps portfolio within the Technology Platform leadership group.

- Responsibilities:

- As the portfolio lead of Zero Touch Deployment and DevSecOps, your primary objective is to spearhead:

The Zero Touch Deployment and DevSecOps Transformation initiative, leading a global virtual team to realize our vision through stakeholder alignment, roadmap development, and execution spanning tools, processes, people, skills, and mindset until 2027.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to understand their needs and propose the standardized standard pipelines for continuous integration, continuous deployment, continuous integration and release orchestration to achieve zero touch deployment.

You will:

Assume accountability for the outcomes of the Zero Touch Deployment and DevSecOps initiative, fostering collaboration, securing necessary investments, and ensuring stakeholder engagement.
- Closely work with Path to Production cluster and squads to help deliver the overall capabilities, best practices, and any other changes around people, process, trainings etc.
- Exemplify corporate values and leadership behaviors.

- Qualifications:

- Proven leadership and vision in strategizing and executing technology service operations, ideally within a mission-critical environment.
- Experience in DevSecOps practices, Zero touch deployment and developer experience
- A servant leadership style, capable of empowering and inspiring teams in complex environments.
- Proficiency in Agile practices to navigate large-scale program complexities and drive predictable delivery.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management across diverse audiences and geographies.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
