PSA Belgium PMO has recently transitioned into a PMO with a “run” and “build” focus to be better prepared for the challenges ahead. Within the PMO “run” organization enhancing our project and portfolio management capabilities is a key objective. Therefore we are looking for a portfolio manager to be part of our transformation and drive the change as a member of our run team.

The Portfolio Manager will assume the overarching responsibility and leadership for overseeing, managing and optimizing the entire life cycle of projects with his or her portfolio and contribute to the overall PSA Belgium portfolio consolidated view.

**Key Responsibilities and Outputs**:

- Ensures availability of up to date Portfolio Roadmaps in collaboration with the business owner.
- Provides visibility and transparency on plans, status and issues of the portfolio to key stakeholders in business portfolio reviews and as input for the portfolio board.
- Contributes to overall PSA Belgium portfolio analysis and reporting
- Contributes to the budgeting process
- Provides guidance on priority settings and supports business owners in decision making
- Organizes regular business portfolio reviews and attends PSA Belgium portfolio board if required.
- Attends steerco meetings of projects within portfolio
- Follows up and steers on project data quality
- Guides the project managers where needed on the project and use of the project methodology.

This person will report to the PMO lead of PSA Belgium.

**Profiel**:
**Education**:

- Master degree (Applied Economics, Commercial Engineering, Civil - Engineer, Computer)

**Experience**:

- Strong experience in Portfolio management and with different PM methodologies (PMBoK, Prince II, SAFe Agile)
- Experience with Service Now ITBM or a similar project management tool
- Understanding of IT frameworks within a project context

Languages:

- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
