That's why we are looking for a people manager to head a team of project managers in a variety of business and IT related projects. As PMO Manager you will bring structure and accountability to the team. Your main responsibilities are - Leading an efficient PMO where people trust projects are set up to support the business needs while staying in line with the overall global business and IT strategy. - Ensures continuous enhancement whilst accounting for user requirements, service quality and budgetary constraints by standardizing project management methods and procedures. - Accountable for the PMO team, reporting & planning, the budget and process. **Profile**: - Minimum 5 years of experience in people management. - Proficiency in project management methodologies and budget control. - Ability to align project portfolios with business goals and manage organizational change. - Strong leadership skills with experience in team building, mentoring, and conflict resolution. - Effective communication and stakeholder management, including reporting and relationship building - Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. - Expertise in project management software and reporting tools. - Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and Spanish is a plus.
