**HR Analyst**

As an HR analyst, you contribute to the management, integration and development of HRIS IT systems by performing the following tasks:

- **Reporting**: Assist in developing an HR dashboard and maintain power BI reporting (covering absenteeism, holidays, trainings and recruitment).
- **Employee Movement Reports**:Prepare reports on employee movements for the works council.
- **Data Quality**: Ensure the accuracy and quality of the data.
- **Training Support**: Assist the People Development Manager with training reports and requirement for the Federal Learning Account.
- **Workday Management**:Keep Workday up to date, collaborate with the Group on various Workday implementation projects, and acts as the Single Point of Contact for Workday-related topics.
- **Documentation**: Create clear user guides and processes for reporting.
- **System Administration**: Act as the administrator for HR-related systems, overseeing daily, weekly and monthly reportings.

Additionally, you will support fleet-related matters (reporting, Phoenix systems, long-term absences) and assess the current HR systems to explore possible automation options.

**Required Qualificiations**:

- 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an analytical role.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Experience with Workday.
- Knowledge of eblox is a plus.
- Proficiency in French, Dutch and English
- Hands-on and detail-oriented with a structured an accurate approach to work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate analytical, assertive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented skills.

**Offer**:
You will receive a competitive monthly salary along with a fixed expense allowance. The package includes a company car with a fuel card, and an annual bonus (based on individual performance and group performance). Additionally, you will benefit from hospitalization and group insurance, as well as meal vouchers. Since this is a 38-hour contract, you will also receive 6 extra vacation days per year.
