Om ons team te versterken zoeken we een specialist die mee zal werken aan de pleinwerking.

JE FUNCTIE

Het team van warehouse specialisten is verantwoordelijk voor de correcte administratieve opvolging van documenten met betrekking tot luchtvracht in ons magazijn te Brucargo. Ze hebben contact met alle partijen binnen het magazijn, chauffeurs en medewerkers van de security en zijn verantwoordelijk voor de ontvangst van de vracht, coördinatie binnen het magazijn en de praktische levering bij de verschillende afhandelaars.

VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN
- Begeleiding van het securityteam om vracht te secure te maken, inclusief het veranderen van de securitystatus en bijwerken van de admin. (in Salog)
- Ingeven van MAWB in het laadmanifest overview.
- Bijhouden van prioriteiten tot laden en zorgen dat de vrachtdocumenten aanwezig zijn om per prioriteit te kunnen laden
- Doorgeven aan magazijniers welke vracht prioriteit geeft
- Stroom van goederen naar de juiste kaaien monitoren
- Slotbeheer in het slot bookingssysteem van ACB (bijboeken/cancellen/opvolgen )
- Drivers en magazijniers informeren over aankomende slots en zorgen dat vracht tijdig aan de juiste kaai staat.
