We are looking for a **COE Analytics Manager** who is analytical, driven and collaborative to join our **Global Procurement** team based in **Brussels, Belgium**

**About the Role**

At Global Procurement we have embarked into a transformational journey aimed to leverage our function to generate incremental value for UCB. Our purpose is to systematically connect the needs of our business stakeholders to innovative solutions coming from the market and the suppliers.

You will primarily help our procurement colleagues to focus on the upstream activities like business partnering with internal stakeholders, market analysis, demand management, negotiation, contract management and supplier relationship management but we recently took the overall process accountability and are willing to make the right steps towards providing a unique user-experience.

**Who you’ll work with**

You will report directly into our Digital Procurement and COE Lead, while also working closely other business units with a focus on preparing analytics and dashboards.

**What you’ll do**:

- Collaborate with external analytics teams to bring actionable insights to Procurement and business stakeholders, support strategic initiatives and drive actions.
- Increase insights adoption and impact through effective stakeholder engagement and change management.
- Coordinate data analytical project delivery planning, scheduling, and execution across multi-discipline teams.
- Data visualization that focuses on leveraging visualization techniques to provide powerful and comprehensible analytics insights.
- Evaluate the value generated by proposed insights.
- Identify issues and provide suggestions to continuously enhance Procurement data foundation.

- Experience in managing analytical projects in procurement environments or similar relevant experience for the role
- Ability to work in a matrix environment, convince stakeholders and get consensus and adoption of Procurement’s vision
- Enthusiasm in sharing expertise and experience with other within your own discipline
