**Manager, Indirect Tax Manager** (Individual Contributor Role)**

**Position Overview**

**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Manage and oversee all aspects of indirect tax compliance, encompassing responsibilities such as VAT & customs reporting and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of indirect tax returns, including review and approval of tax filings prepared by the internal team.
- Monitor changes in indirect tax laws and regulations, assess the impact on the company, and push to have timely implementations of necessary changes to ensure compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to the team, as well as cross-functional teams on indirect tax matters related to business operations, transactions, and projects.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements related to indirect tax compliance and reporting, including automation initiatives.
- Support the team in their collaboration with internal and external auditors on indirect tax audits and inquiries, providing necessary documentation and support as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors, tax authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in indirect tax compliance, preferably in a multinational corporation or consulting firm.
- Good understanding of indirect tax laws and regulations, with a focus on VAT and customs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good project management (ability to manage multiple priorities and indirect tax-related projects simultaneously, as well as the corresponding deadlines in a fast-paced environment).
- Technology proficient - Experience with ERP systems (in particular - MS D365) and able to learn how to use and understand VAT reporting software and data analytics tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
