Als Administratief Medewerker Projecten ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het team en zorg je ervoor dat alles administratief op rolletjes loopt. Je taken omvatten:
- Het beheren en opvolgen van offertes, prijsaanvragen en aanbestedingen.
- Het organiseren van afspraken, voorbereiden van vergaderingen en opvolgen van actielijsten.
- Het coördineren van het bestelproces, van aanvraag tot levering.
- Het plannen en afstemmen van technische interventies met de juiste mensen op de juiste plaats.
- Het verwerken van werkorders en opstellen van rapportages.
Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt en ondersteunt het team waar nodig om projecten succesvol af te ronden.
**Functie eisen**:
De ideale kandidaat herkent zich in het volgende:
- Je hebt al ervaring in een administratieve of ondersteunende functie.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, klantgericht en hebt een sterk organisatorisch talent.
- Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
- Affiniteit met technische sectoren (zoals HVAC) is een vereiste.
