We are looking for a full-time **Project Assistant** in our Ghent, Belgium office**. **As a Project Assistant, you support OTA Insight’s Leadership Team regarding administrative tasks, communication and operational matters. By giving personalized and timely assistance, you contribute to the efficiency of our business.
**What can you expect from this role?**
- You provide high level administrative support to the leadership team and act as a point of contact within and outside of the company.
- You assist the organization in operational projects such as leadership or management offsites on an as needed basis.
- You ensure Powerpoint presentations (such as board presentations) are impactful with perfect spelling, layout and visuals
- You format information for external communication and assist with internal communication such as messaging, announcements and all hands meetings.
- You track and help drive completion of key assignments and follow-up on outstanding topics and tasks.
- You follow-up on important professional deadlines and proactively interact with the team.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in assisting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- You are well organized, detail oriented and act without guidance, having no 9-to-5 mentality.
- You possess excellent time management and organizational skills and have high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- You combine a positive and enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
- You are proficient in Powerpoint/Google Slides.
- You have a perfect command of Dutch and English, in written and oral skills.
