**HET TEAM**:
De geselecteerde kandidaat zal samenwerken met de advocaten van het team belastingrecht van DALDEWOLF, professionals die fiscale bijstand in de ruimste zin van het woord verlenen aan ondernemingen, particulieren en entiteiten uit de publieke en non-profitsector - met een combinatie van technische uitmuntendheid en een pragmatische aanpak, zowel in adviesverlening als in geschillenbeslechting.
**HET KANTOOR**:
DALDEWOLF is een onafhankelijk advocatenkantoor met internationale reputatie en telt een vijftigtal advocaten op het kantoor in Brussel. Sinds 1958 staat DALDEWOLF steeds vooraan om in te spelen op de evoluerende noden van zijn cliënten. Op internationaal vlak werkt DALDEWOLF samen met advocaten en cijferberoepen actief in Afrika, Azië en Noord-Amerika.
DALDEWOLF werft momenteel een junior advocaat aan om het team belastingrecht te versterken, in het bijzonder op het vlak van **directe belastingen** en **vermogens
- en successieplanning**.
De kandidaat zal voornamelijk werken aan uiteenlopende dossiers inzake directe belastingen (vennootschapsbelasting/persoonlijke inkomstenbelasting/belasting van niet-inwoners), financiële fiscaliteit en patrimoniale en successieplanning. De praktijk omvat zowel advies als geschillenbeslechting.
**KWALIFICATIES EN ERVARING**:
- Masterdiploma in het Belgisch recht met specialisatie in belastingrecht;
- 2 à 3 jaar relevante ervaring in het vakgebied;
- Bevoegd om het beroep van advocaat in België uit te oefenen;
- Uitstekende kennis van het Frans of het Nederlands, een goede beheersing van het Engels en minstens een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal (Frans of Nederlands).
