**Bedrijfsprofiel**: Konnekt is momenteel op zoek naar een gedreven **Learning & Development Specialist** voor een bedrijf gelegen in de regio van **gent**en gespecialiseerd in de **bouwsector**. Als Learning & Development Specialist vervul je een sleutelrol bij het versterken van het **HR departement**. Je komt terecht in een **dynamische omgeving**, en op vandaag telt het bedrijf zo'n **800** enthousiaste medewerkers, die dagelijks bijdragen aan het succesverhaal.
**Functieomschrijving**:
- Afgestemd op de behoeften van de organisatie, **coördineer**je het volledige spectrum van** technische beroepsopleidingen.**:
- Door het **leggen**van **contact**met **trainingspartners**, het **opvragen** van **offertes**en het **plannen**van **cursussen**, identificeer en selecteer je relevante opleidingen.
- Je bent **verantwoordelijk**voor het beheer van de **afwezigheidsregistratie**, het **verwerken**van **attesten**in personeelsdossiers en het aanvragen van subsidies.
- Als **leidende kracht** achter de **jaarlijkse opleidingsweek**, ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de invulling, planning en organisatie van dit evenement.
- Jij **draagt**de **verantwoordelijkheid**voor het **opvolgen** van de **periodieke gezondheidsbeoordelingen**van onze medewerkers, waarbij je zorgt voor een efficiënte planning en tijdige communicatie over locaties en tijdstippen van de beoordelingen.
- Tot slot zal je **ondersteuning bieden**aan je **QSHE-collega's**bij het **opstellen**van **correspondentie**en controleer je Toolbox meetings voordat ze worden gehouden.
**Profiel**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een **Bachelor of Masterdiploma** in een relevante richting.
- Bij voorkeur heb je een** eerste werkervaring** achter de rug.
- Je bent **hands-on**, werkt **gestructureerd**, en je** weet van aanpakken.**:
- Naast de Nederlandse taal, heb je ook een **goede kennis**van het **Engels**en **Frans**.
