**Tes tâches**:
Saisir et suivre le traitement opérationnel et administratif de nos commandes clients dans nos systèmes en concertation avec notre service logistique ;
Servir de point de contact central pour toutes les questions relatives aux commandes et aux délais de livraison ;
Entretenir une relation constructive avec nos clients ;
Accepter, traiter et suivre en interne les réclamations et les problèmes de livraison ;
Soutien administratif aux commerciaux.
**Ton profil**:
Tu es titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier ou d'un diplôme similaire ;
Tu as une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du service à la clientèle ;
Tu parles couramment le néerlandais, le français et l'anglais, la connaissance d'autres langues est un atout ;
Tu attaches de l'importance à fournir un bon service et tu aimes penser à des solutions ;
Tu es résistant au stress et tu as d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication ;
Tu as une forte mentalité pratique, une méthode de travail structurée et un grand esprit d'équipe ;
Tu maîtrises MS Office, en particulier Excel.
