We are currently looking for an Office manager.

To support our growth and to strengthen our team we are currently looking for **an office manager**.

**Responsibilities**:
You are responsible for facilitating the efficient functioning of our office through a varied range of administrative, clerical and quality accreditation tasks. You are also responsible for the organization of our presence on conferences. Your tasks consist of:

- Provide administrative support for our growing company
- Meeting room preparation for management and board of directors meetings
- Contact for internal employee questions
- Manage office supplies and purchasing of goods and services for the company
- Organizing staff events (e.g. anniversary celebrations, company news & updates) and provide support on the organisation of marketing and client events, including logistics and on the day support where necessary in collaboration with the other teams (HR and marketing)
- Supporting the onboarding and training of staff
- Support the QARA (Quality And Regulatory Affairs) team with administrative tasks
- Book the transport and accommodation for staff members

What we expect from you
- Strong organizational skills, attention to details, accuracy and thoroughness
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to maintain an overview even with higher workloads.
- Discretion and confidentiality in all handlings
- Highly organised and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience within office management, event management or operations
- Motivated, dynamic, proactive, flexible, can-do attitude and able to work under pressure with a professional attitude
- Full proficiency in MS Office
- Discretion and confidentiality in all handlings

You communicate fluently in Dutch and English (French, German, Spanish or other languages are a great asset) and love to learn and improve.
