Over de Business Unit Tax & Accounting Software:
De Business Unit Tax & Accounting Software ontwikkelt en verkoopt producten voor fiscale en accounting professionals. Onze BU biedt een heel gamma aan van verschillende software oplossingen: erp-software; accounting, financieel
- en fiscaal advies en practice management software.
Jouw functie:
Voor de ondersteuning van de digitale transformatie van onze BU zijn we op zoek naar een business analist.
Je werkt samen met een team van ongeveer 10 mensen die verspreid zitten over verschillende locaties. Je combineert de locatie Hasselt met thuiswerk, maar gaat ook af en toe naar onze hoofdzetel in Mechelen.
Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenq:
Als Business Analist lever je een belangrijke bijdrage in de transitie van onze softwareproducten. Dit zijn je taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je maakt deel uit van een agile development team waar het tijdig opleveren van kwalitatieve software hoog in het vaandel wordt gedragen.- Je focust op een aantal bestaande en nieuwe producten en wordt betrokken bij nieuwe initiatieven.- Je maakt het jargon van de business jou eigen en bouwt kennis van zaken op. Je leert onze klanten kennen, alsook hoe onze software helpt hen efficiënter te doen werken.- Je bouwt gedegen relaties met verschillende stakeholders in het bedrijf om zo op een efficiënte manier informatie in kaart te brengen.- Je wordt de draaischijf tussen de product owner en het development team.- Je maakt deel uit van een winning team en deelt deze mentaliteit.- Je maakt de nodige analyse modellen gebaseerd op requirements.- Je legt de analyse deliverables uit aan het development team, onderbouwd met de nodige rationalisering voor jouw keuzes.- Je werkt samen met een team van ongeveer 10 mensen en je werkt hoofdzakelijk vanuit Hasselt.
Jouw profile:
- Master denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.- Kennis van het accounting en tax domein is een must.- Je hebt min. 2 à 3 jaar ervaring met jaarafsluitingen (vennootschapsbelasting en jaarrekening).- Je bent bereid om jezelf te heroriënteren naar een business analist.- Je kunt logisch redeneren en je kunt business regels verstaanbaar maken voor andere teamleden.- Je bent een open communicator die op een respectvolle manier communiceert.- Je neemt een pro-actieve houding aan m.b.t. het communiceren van opportuniteiten, risico’s en problemen.- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels, je kan Engelse documentatie produceren.
