Global HR Core Data Specialist

**Your Challenge**

You will be part of the Corporate HR Team.

You will own the set of HR processes related to Core HR data and Leave/absence Management (acting as the reference for the entire group). This will be accomplished through close collaboration with the HR teams in regions and countries and the HRIS team.

You will facilitate the relationship between the business and technical roles, ensuring accurate and appropriate decisions are made on the adequate IT implementation of solutions/contents.

This role will require local and international business travels - less than 20% of the total time.

**_Process Lead _**
- You establish & own the processes, and activities related to Employee & Organizational Data Management
- You guarantee consistency globally and alignment with the entire set of HR activities and HRIS systems
- You adapt, publish, and communicate adequate documentation (policy creation, process definition, information, communication, facilitation documents etc.)
- You interact closely with the HR community to tailor solutions and tools, advising and supporting.

**_System(s) Reference _**
- You act as systems functional maintenance reference: understands systems capabilities and dependencies, follows-up and coordinates the regular releases/updates/testing, offers HR users support and education
- You use/follow Oracle knowledge centers (and other vendors).

**_Subject Matter Expertise & Advisory _**
- You support and advise HR community members
- You follow trends about practice and recommends innovative and/or best standards to increase impact on business challenges
- You facilitate and champion
- You interact and co-create with Corporate HR team. Back-up role for peers.

**Your Profile**

**_Education _**

Bachelor's/master’s degree in IT, Economics, HR, Administration (or equivalent domain).

**_Experience _**
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Workforce Management, Employee Core/Data Management, HCM systems, Leave & Absence, HR Data, Reporting etc.
- Hands-on experience in setting up guidelines, process and policies related to the above-mentioned topics
- Knowledge of employee data mechanisms and Leave & Absence
- Industrial world and International exposure.

**_Your Professional Skills _**
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise on Workforce Management topics (Core HR Data, absence, leave etc.)
- Broad thinking: understands how the different HR processes are integrated
- Systems and processes: ability to think, design, adapt processes and interact, communicate adequately supported by process documents and mechanism
- Familiarity with HCM/ERP systems, apps, platforms (Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud combined with SAP is a plus)
- Impactful communication & Facilitation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- IT & technology skills : IT/IS savvy with a keen interest in leveraging IT/IS functionality to drive business value
- Strong proficiency in all Office suite components and comfortable working in new software/systems (use systems/tools as a real efficiency game-changer)
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Very efficient Time/Priority Management
- Strong willingness to deliver, make things happen, own the processes and become a trusted partner for internal stakeholders in a hands-on and no-non-sense approach. Results orientation
- Adaptive Flexibility and openness to work in a multinational environment and across time zones.
