**Jobomschrijving**:
Als Continuous Improvement Officer ondersteun je de Managing Director bij de transformatie en verbetering van processen en systemen binnen de volledige Group.
Jouw rol is cruciaal in het aansturen van serviceverbeteringen en het realiseren van onze ambitieuze doelen.
- Faciliteren of leiden van serviceverbeteringsbeoordelingen onder supervisie van de Managing Director, in samenwerking met managers, teams en collega's binnen de groep.
- Uitvoeren van onderzoek en analyses om beste praktijken te definiëren en te gebruiken bij het herzien van huidige praktijken en ontwikkelen van nieuwe serviceopties.
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van bedrijfskaders, materialen en benaderingen om verbeter
- en transformatieprogramma’s te ondersteunen.
- Regelmatige monitoring en rapportage aan de Managing Director en betrokken actoren over de voortgang van verbeterings
- en ontwikkelingsprojecten, budgetten en deadlines.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in de logistieke sector.
- Je hebt kennis van projectbeheer.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je hebt een geldig rijbewijs en bent bereid om te reizen naar verschillende filialen.
- Je bent een teamspeler met voldoende kennis van IT-applicaties.
- Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en klantvriendelijk.
- Je beschikt over het nodige organisatievermogen
