EnergyVision brengt duurzame energie-oplossingen naar de huizen en/of bedrijven van onze klanten. Zo plaatsen we zonnepanelen, laadpalen of andere technieken zonder dat de klant één euro hoeft te investeren. Dankzij onze aanpak kunnen klanten vanaf dag één besparen op hun energiefactuur. Met zonnepaneelinstallaties door heel het land, wekken we onze eigen energie op en verkopen we die weer aan een gunstig tarief. We begeleiden onze klanten jarenlang en doen er alles aan om hen centraal te stellen, samen met meer dan 200 medewerkers in Gent, Brussel, Tianjin (China) en Casablanca (Marokko).

Als onderdeel van onze groei zijn we binnen ons Marketingteam op zoek naar een **Brand Activation Marketeer**.

Als Brand Activation Marketeer zorg jij ervoor dat ons merk op een creatieve en impactvolle manier tot leven komt. Je bent de drijvende kracht achter events, brand activations en sponsorships, en neemt de volledige organisatie van A tot Z op je. Je creëert unieke belevingen die onze doelgroep raken en activeren.

**Jouw taken**
- Je ontwikkelt en voert creatieve merkactivaties, events en campagnes uit die bijdragen aan onze brand awareness en engagement
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor sponsorshipactivaties en zorgt dat samenwerkingen maximaal renderen
- Je organiseert interne en externe events: van concept tot realisatie
- Je analyseert de effectiviteit van jouw campagnes en optimaliseert waar nodig op basis van data en inzichten
- Je analyseert nieuwe activatietechnieken en marktontwikkelingen om EnergyVision steeds creatief op de kaart te zetten

**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een goede kennis Nederlands, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling en een sterke basiskennis Frans
- Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma in een relevante richting
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en gaat steeds proactief en oplossingsgericht te werk
- Je hebt een creatieve mindset en je bent een vat vol ideeën
- Je gaat steeds zelfstandig te werk en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Je hebt uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en je hebt een sterk vermogen om meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd te managen
- Je weerspiegelt jezelf aan de 3 kernwaarden van EnergyVision: Doelgerichtheid, Integriteit en Transparantie
