**What will you do?**
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Website Management: Own and optimize the website as a key lead generation channel, ensuring it’s a high-performing and scalable engine for attracting & converting leads.
- Drive key initiatives and improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Oversee tools, processes, and content updates to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage website projects with external agencies & internal stakeholders
- Support SEO cluster development to enhance organic search visibility and traffic.
- Campaign Management: Develop and manage campaigns tailored across verticals and deployed across channels.
- Awareness Programs: Develop and execute strategies to increase online visibility and thought leadership.
- Manage content syndication and online presence through various review platforms.
- Align with paid media efforts to maximize reach and impact.
- Day to day support in the marketing team:
- Analytics & reporting on marketing & SDR efforts.
- Support video & webinar creation.
**Who are you?**
We’re looking for someone who is passionate, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will bring:
- Experience: 2-3 years in a demand generation role within a growing and dynamic organization, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns & project management.
- Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with marketing technologies (e.g., HubSpot), SEO tools, and website management platforms.
- Results-Driven Mindset: A focus on metrics and analytics to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
- Creativity & Problem-Solving: An innovative approach to overcoming challenges and driving impactful strategies.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, content, and product to align efforts and achieve goals.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and storytelling.
