Belgocatering, an important player in the premium catering services, is looking for a dynamic part-time Payroll & Hr Administration Officer (3/5) to join our HR department and that will contribute to the development of our organization. He/she will report directly to the Head of HR.
Belgocatering provides premium restaurant and banqueting services for companies and events. The company counts 260 workers and is part of the CIRFOOD group, a cooperative organization and market leader in the Italian catering market.
**Your Role**:
As a payroll & HR Administration Officer, you will be responsible for all payroll-related activities and social administration. You will act as an advisor in social legislation, payroll-related matters and the administration of extra-legal benefits.
**Responsibilities**:
Within the HR department, you will be jointly responsible for:
- The correct processing of salaries for blue-collar and white-collar workers through e-blox software package (SD Worx)
- Management of the HR-related databases (in, out, changes,...)
- General personnel administration (social documents, certificates, personnel files, etc.) and administration with regards to insurance (pension plan & medical)
- Acting as the first point of contact regarding payroll & administration-related questions.
- The follow-up of HR-related statistics (headcount, evolution of remuneration, absences,...)
- Various HR-related projects
**Requirements and Skills**
- You have a bachelor's degree (HR, finance, legal or other) or equivalent through experience
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
- You are experienced with payroll & time registrations systems, E-blox is a must.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- You are discrete, accurate, organized, and capable of prioritising your tasks and taking initiative.
- You can work independently and as a team
- You are communicative, service-oriented and easily make contacts.
- You speak Dutch and French fluently, both written and spoken, English is a plus.
