**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead transformation projects and collaborate with clients to translate strategies into actionable plans.
- Improve operational efficiency through process analysis and automation.
- Align business and technology architectures to drive change.
- Engage with stakeholders across functional domains.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in insurance, business analysis, or project management.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable.
- Strong communication skills in English and either Dutch or French.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Passionate about insurance and committed to customer satisfaction.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract
Pay: €4.000,00 - €6.000,00 per month
