For one of our partners, an **international accounting firm**, we are looking for an **Accountancy Supervisor** for their Brussels office.

**Supervisor Accountancy | Your responsabilities**:

- **Supervising a team of 5-6 accountants**, ranging from junior to senior levels.
- ** Leading client meetings** alongside your team members.
- ** Reviewing** and ensuring the quality of your team’s work.
- ** Assisting your direct management** with team-related matters.

**Supervisor Accountancy | Your profile**:

- Minimum of **5 years’ experience in external accountancy.**:

- Excellent command of **English and either French or Dutch.**:

- ITAA certification or internship is a plus but not mandatory.
- ** Prior experience in management or mentorship**, such as supervising junior staff.
