Voor één van onze partners, een gerenommeerd bedrijf in de **retailsector**, zijn we op zoek naar een **HR & Payroll Support** om hun HR-team in **Brussel** te versterken.
Als **HR & Payroll Support** werk je nauw samen met de **Payroll Manager** en fungeer je als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor **HR-administratie** en **payroll-gerelateerde vragen**. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het **vlot verlopen van de loonadministratie**, terwijl je ervoor zorgt dat HR-beleid en -procedures correct worden toegepast.
**Jouw taken**:
- **HR-administratie & Payroll Support**: Beheer de administratieve opvolging van medewerkers en zorg voor een vlekkeloze loonverwerking.
- ** Ondersteuning van medewerkers**: Wees het eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-gerelateerde vragen en bied begeleiding en advies.
- ** HR-compliance & processen**: Houd toezicht op de dagelijkse HR-operaties en zorg ervoor dat alles conform de **Belgische arbeidswetgeving** en het bedrijfsbeleid verloopt.
- ** Efficiëntie & organisatie**: Zorg voor een goed gestructureerd en up-to-date HR-beleid om een efficiënte werking te garanderen.
**Jouw profiel**:
- **Diploma of relevante ervaring in HR** (bijvoorbeeld als HR Assistant).
- ** Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden** in **Nederlands en Frans**.
- ** Sterke kennis van de Belgische arbeidswetgeving** en HR-processen.
- ** Georganiseerd, proactief en stressbestendig**.
- ** Discreet en professioneel in het omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie**.
