Pour l'un de nos clients actif dans l'HVAC en Belgique, nous sommes à la recherche de leur prochain.e Project Manager Electricity.En tant que Project Manager, vous effectuerez les tâches suivantes:
- Organisation, planification et contrôle des activités liées aux projets en cours ;
- Représentation de l'entreprise auprès des clients et partenaires par le biais de divers évènements ;
- Gestion d'une équipe de travailleur tout en veillant à maintenir leur motivation ;
- Prise en charge de la responsabilité finale des projets sur le plan technique et financier ;
- Résolution des défis techniques, organisationnels et commerciaux.
**Ce que nous demandons de vous**:
- Vous disposez d'un bachelier ou d'un master en électricité/électromécanique ;
- Vous avez au minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire ;
- Vous vous exprimez correctement en français et en néerlandais. La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout ;
- Vous disposez d'un bon esprit d'équipe, de bonne capacités d'adaptation et des compétences en communication ;
- Vous êtes passionné par votre métier et aimez partager vos connaissances/compétences avec vos collègues.
