Nous recrutons un **Process Technician Downstream (DSP)** qui soit motivé d’évoluer dans un projet complexe regroupant différents intervenants, pour nous rejoindre dans notre nouvelle usine de production bio.

**A propos de la fonction**:

- Participer aux activités de mise en place des différents modules du projet ainsi que des zones de production
- Participer aux activités de qualifications des différents modules
- Effectuer les lots de production techniques, ceux de validations et de production continue selon les procédures établies

**Avec qui vous allez travailler**:
Vous rejoindrez une équipe diversifiée et engagée de 10 Process Technicians et interagirez notamment avec les équipes Process, QA, Automation,

**Vos principales tâches seront de ;**
- Assurer la production de la Drug Substance (protéine active) selon les normes GMP et HSE en vigueur, en utilisant des équipements de purification selon les procédures définies
- Participer à la création, revue ou amélioration de la documentation de production (procédures, recettes, instructions, batch record,)
- Réaliser toutes les activités de support opérationnel requises en zone de production ou sur les équipements process (qualification, tests de control, maintenance, nettoyage,)
- Assurer la liaison avec des intervenants internes / externes pour les sujets opérationnels liés aux activités quotidiennes (maintenance ).
- Communiquer et respecter les bonnes pratiques de sécurité
- Assurer une bonne intégration et formation des nouveaux collègues
- Contribuer activement à la réalisation des objectifs de l’équipe dans les délais

Pour cette position nous cherchons le diplôme, l’expérience et les compétences suivantes:

- Bachelier en Biologie / Biochimie / Biotechnologie ou expérience équivalente
- Au minium 1 an d’expérience dans le domaine de la production biotech / pharma, en milieu GMP
- Expérience en culture cellulaire, bioréacteur ou chromatographie, purification
- Aptitude à interagir avec ses systèmes automatisés
