**Tasks inspiring you**:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to expand our customer base and strengthen our relationships with existing clients across Europe and beyond. In this role, you will:

- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and consultative discovery to contract closing.
- Identify and win new business opportunities with leading players in the metals industry.
- Grow existing accounts by driving adoption of our standardized solutions and services.
- Develop strategic account and territory plans to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
- Collaborate with our technical experts and consultants to deliver compelling value propositions.
- Represent PSI at international conferences and events, positioning us as the global market leader.

**Qualifications that inspire us**:

- University degree in a relevant field such as technical studies, economics, metallurgy, or process engineering;
- Experience with production and business processes in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the metal industry;
- A solid understanding of production business processes and the related software solutions, combined with a strong affinity for IT, which will be instrumental in performing your tasks;
- Several years of sales experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solutions, as well as IT project management, ideally within the metal industry;
- Demonstrated sales expertise with a flexible approach and strong business acumen, with a proven track record of successfully closing contracts;
- Knowledge of international contract management and contract law;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Business fluency in English, French and Spanish is required due to the international scope of the role, with proficiency in German is considered an advantage;
