- WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
The Channel Account Manager is directly responsible for growing sales of EFS products in their assigned territory with established partners. This role is work from home based and a travel time of 70 -80%, is encouraged.
- Achieve sales goals for nVent CADDY, ERICO and ERIFLEX brands by implementing and driving sales plans consistent with the regional and territory strategic direction
- Grow business by identifying and leading channel partners
- Increase channel partner efficiency by developing relationships, supporting their needs, and holding them accountable with regular performance reviews.
- Partner with the Brand Business Development team to resolve penetration strategy based on customer segmentation
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners according to the company’s strategy
- Contribute to the development of large/strategic sales opportunities, and maintain high-level relationships with targeted partners
- Provide recommended selling prices in collaboration with the Brand Development team and supervision of Pricing and Product Management teams.
- Act as Voice of Customer bridge between the channel partners and support functions.
- YOU HAVE:

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Ideally 3+ years of sales experience in technical products ideally in the electrical and/or mechanical installation market
- Ability to use strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with people at all levels within and outside the organization
- Be upbeat, highly-motivated personality and a phenomenal team member, able to easily form relationships
- Basic Excel and Microsoft Office experience
- Must be proficient in English & Dutch/Flemish. French language skills would be an added advantage.
