Onze klant is een technologiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in consultancy en engineering diensten. Hun +80 consultants worden uitgedaagd in R&D-projecten op middellange tot lange termijn bij 's werelds beste technologiebedrijven. Ze werken met passie aan innovatieve projecten op het gebied van lucht
- en ruimtevaart, automotive, telecom, nanotech, halfgeleiders, medische apparatuur en vele andere.
Onze klant bouwt lange termijn relaties op met hun klanten en ondersteunt hen in vijf verschillende engineeringgebieden: Mechatronics, Mechanical, Embedded software, Electronics and Data Science.
OVER JOUW ROL
Als Business Manager speel je een sleutelrol in de groei en branding van onze klant. Je target de juiste bedrijven om een partnerschap te ontwikkelen en je onderhoudt/bouwt relaties op met klanten en prospecten. Je treedt ook op als professionele coach en toegewijde gesprekspartner voor je consultants.
- Je stelt een businessplan op voor jouw toegewezen regio
- Je identificeert nieuwe kansen zowel bij bestaande klanten als prospecten
- Je zorgt ervoor dat je klanten tevreden blijven en nieuwe mogelijkheden krijgen
- Je bent het eerste aansprekingspunt voor jouw klanten en prospecten
- Je onderhoudt de contacten met je consultants, je leidt, coacht en motiveert hen
- Je rapporteert op regelmatige basis aan de directie over voortgang en resultaten
- Je werkt nauw samen met het Talent Acquisition team en andere Business Managers
WIE BEN JIJ?
- Je bezit met voorkeur een Master in engineering, economie, handel of bedrijfskunde
- Je hebt ervaring en interesse in bedrijfsontwikkeling of verkoop van diensten
- Technologie en innovatie ligt in je interesseveld
- Je ondernemersmentaliteit en je uitstekende communicatievaardigheden om mensen te overtuigen en te motiveren liggen in je natuur
- Je bent proactief persoon met een can-do mentaliteit
- Je werkt graag in een snelle omgeving en kan gemakkelijk structuur aanbrengen in je werk
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands/Engels met een goede kennis van het Frans
