**A lot can happen in 24 months**
Do you have the curiosity to learn, the will to develop and the drive to create change? We’re looking for **curious engineers, technical enthusiasts and change-makers** to join our transformation. Our tech track will allow you to deep dive into your technical areas of interest.
**About our Global Graduate Program**
The Global Graduate Program is a **2-year career-boosting program **designed around your potential in our global organization We offer two program tracks - Business and Tech - allowing both future business enablers and skilled engineers to thrive and develop with us.
Every year, Volvo Cars welcomes **around 50 graduates** from all over the world. By joining the program, you become part of an inclusive community of a wide range of professionals and previous graduates. Throughout the program you will all come together for common module weeks, group projects, and learning opportunities.
The **rotational program **takes you on a journey within Volvo cars where you get to explore your skills and interests in different departments during the two years. You will start in the department which you are recruited into.
**Year 1**
- 18 August Graduate Program kick off at our Headquarter in Gothenburg, Sweden
- Module week 1: Global Introduction & Business Understanding (HQ Sweden)
- Rotation in your home department
- Module week 2: Product Development & Production (HQ Sweden)
- Rotation in new department
- Module week 3: Commercial Module (HQ Sweden)
- Graduate group project
**Year 2**
- 2-3 Rotations in new departments, opportunity for international experience
- Final Graduation project
- Module week 4: Leadership Foundations & Final week (HQ Sweden)
- 8 Juli 2027 - Graduation (HQ Sweden)
After the program you move into your permanent position in the company. Note that regular travel to our Headquarter in Sweden will occur.

For our Manufacturing Engineering graduates in Ghent, we offer positions within different technology areas. Be in forefront of the newest automation technologies, design lean & efficient processes, be part of the integration of machine learning & AI and create intelligent solutions that generate immediate benefits in our plants.
**Are you one of our new Graduates?**
To be considered for the program, you must have a master's degree **completed between December 2024 and the start of the program**.
For this cluster, we are looking for graduates with **engineering or manufacturing oriented master degrees**: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Production & Operation Management Engineering, Software or Computer Science.
You must be fluent in **Dutch, French and English** to be considered for our graduate positions in Ghent.

You will get:
- Permanent employment from start, and after the program you will have a position within your hiring managers organization
- Work permit support given where necessary. Relocation support offered for international moves
- €4131 monthly gross salary, all extralegal white collar VCG salary benefits such as E-car program, 15 extra holiday days, insurance package including hospitalization, group insurance
