Vlerick is a school, but it is run as a company, aligned with the high standards we foster in our different programmes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven new colleague to take up **marketing, brand & event management responsibilities **within our **Great Place to Work®** team.

**The job**
- Roll out our **brand and communication strategy** in line with the GPtW brand messaging on all different channels (e.g., the website, social media, print advertisement, press releases, mailings, blog posts,).
- Ensure **website design and optimisation** to improve lead generation and conversion performance.
- Lead the development of **campaigns** and relevant **promotions **to create lead generation both from our CRM system as well as through SEO and SEA.
- Organise and communicate about **Great Place to Work® events** such as our Best Workplaces award event, network events, inspiration sessions, weekly info-sessions.
- Support our clients in leveraging the added value of their GPtW certification or award.
- Develop and implement dashboards and tools to effectively **manage the marketing funnel** and **report** on campaign effectiveness. Deliver regular reporting from V-force, Google Analytics, and other marketing analytics to support decision making and marketing performance.
- Ensure that all leads are captured, nurtured, and routed through an efficient process that maximizes **marketing ROI**.
- Partner up with our Business Developer to ensure strong collaboration and feedback between Sales and Marketing to deepen customer relationships and retention.
- Be the contact person for our media partners Jobat and Références.

**You**
- Are energetic, entrepreneurial, customer-oriented and have a growth mindset. Love building a great brand and get energized from reaching targets as a team.
- Are passionate about marketing and have a background that can support you in rolling out marketing campaigns using different channels.
- You have a strong ability to work independently, while also enjoying working in a team and flexible to help team members wherever necessary. Are comfortable with managing projects on your own and able to plan in and coordinate multiple projects at once.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch. Fluency in French is a plus.
- You have a strong believer of the importance of company culture and show interest in the topic of HR.
