This mission involves leading the implementation of the **Sigedis legal project** in compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Your Role as a Keystone Consultant**:
As part of **Keystone Solutions**, you will act as a strategic IT Project Manager, leading a **high-impact regulatory transformation**. You will be responsible for:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Leadership & Execution**
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the **Sigedis legal project** to meet regulatory compliance by 01/2026.
- Define and manage the project **scope, timeline, and deliverables** in collaboration with IT, business teams, architects, and testers.
- Report directly to the clients **IT Director** and collaborate with the **business project manager**.
**Stakeholder & Communication Management**
- Build strong relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure effective **communication** between all stakeholders, including **regulatory bodies, business units, and IT teams**.
- Facilitate **risk management** throughout the project lifecycle.
**Team Leadership & Resource Management**
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team and distribute IT tasks based on technical analysis.
- Ensure that all stakeholders and partners understand their **roles and scope** within the project execution.
- Maintain alignment with the **PMO standards** and compliance policies.

**Your Expertise & Qualifications**:
**Proven track record** in delivering large IT projects
**Minimum 5 years** of project/program management experience
Experience with **recognized project management methodologies** (Agile and/or Waterfall) accreditation is a plus
Ability to work with multiple **IT service providers & solution integrators**
**Regulatory expertise** in **Life Insurance, Pension Second Pillar, and Sigedis frameworks** is a plus
**Fluent in English and French**
