Als Product Owner bij iO neem je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de **maximalisatie van de productwaarde** voor onze klanten. Je werkt aan projecten zoals een online platform op maat, een webshop, een contentwebsite of een digitaal ecosysteem, in samenwerking met de projectmanager en het development team.
Als Product Owner is het jouw verantwoordelijkheid om ervoor te zorgen dat de klant aan het einde van de rit tevreden is met het opgeleverde product. Om dat te bereiken, werk je mee aan projecten van A tot Z en in beperkte mate word je betrokken bij de opvolging van projecten na de livegang. Je neemt met de ondersteuning van je team en de projectmanager de **overkoepelende leiding** over het project en bent het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor zowel de klant als de interne teams.
Dankzij je **organisatorische skills** slaag je erin om het budget en de timing van elk project te bewaken. Geen deadline die aan jouw argusogen ontsnapt. Je zorgt er ook voor dat alle belangrijke stakeholders betrokken worden bij de beslissingen rond strategie, budgetten en timing, en vertaalt die beslissingen naar duidelijke instructies voor de projectmanager en de ontwikkelaars.
**Kennis is de basis van alles **wat je bij iO doet. Je groeit door aan uitdagende projecten te werken, maar je mag ook je **persoonlijke groeipad **volledig zelf vormgeven. Verder zijn er allerlei initiatieven waaraan je kunt deelnemen óf die je zelf kunt organiseren. Zo kan je lid worden van een Expert Group, waarin je met collega’s met verschillende achtergronden innovaties uitzoekt en proof-of-concepts ontwikkelt.
Wat je meebrengt als Junior Product Owner
- Je hebt 1-2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige positie en je hebt voeling met online marketing;
- Webtechnologieën hebben geen geheimen meer voor jou. Je technische inzicht helpt je dan ook de complexiteit van een probleem correct inschatten;
- Je hebt ervaring met gevarieerde projecten, van e-commerce en intranet-omgevingen tot webprojecten op maat;
- Je bent een echte teamplayer en kiest probleemloos de juiste specialisten in de organisatie om je uitwerking te valideren en verfijnen;
- Klantgericht en oplossingsgericht denken zit in je DNA;
- Je kent de markt en kan met om het even wie goed communiceren. Daarnaast ben je een proactieve probleemoplosser;
- Omdat je komt te werken in een internationaal team, spreekt je Nederlands en/of Frans en spreekt je vloeiend Engels.
