Op zoek naar een uitdagende rol waarin je jouw expertise in Sales Management kunt laten zien? Met jouw ervaring en analytische vaardigheden ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maximaliseren van de omzet en winst door strategische prijsstelling en inventarisbeheer.

**Wat kun je verwachten?**

Als Sales Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het proactief generen van leads, sales kansen en het contracteren van nieuwe klanten voor Hotel Wings Brussel. Je gaat kijken waar de beste kansen liggen, welke klanten bij dit hotel passen en hoe je deze het best kunt benaderen om zo de gestelde salesdoelen te behalen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en het uitbouwen van de relatie binnen jouw account portfolio. Je organiseert en neemt deel aan klantenevenementen. Je bezoekt diverse netwerkevents en beurzen waar je de hotel vertegenwoordigt.

**Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat?**
- Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren professional met mínimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de hotelindustrie.
- Je hebt een passie voor de sector en bent in staat om zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht te werken.
- Je durft knopen door te hakken en je schakelt snel in verschillende situaties.
- Uitdagingen ga je met beide handen aan en je bent communicatief vaardig in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Daarnaast beschik je over kennis van Excel en heb je analytisch inzicht.
