**Wij zijn op zoek naar een Senior Key Account Manager gepassioneerd door chocolade voor een wereldbekend familiebedrijf met iconische merken die jong en oud enthousiast maken**

**Jouw missie**:
Als Senior Key Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie en ontwikkeling van de verkoopstrategie voor een van de belangrijkste klanten van het bedrijf.

U ontwikkelt uw accounts om duurzame concurrentievoordelen te vergroten, terwijl u gebruik maakt van een categorie gerichte klantbenadering.

**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Het bereiken van jaarlijks vastgestelde targets en sales KPI’s met betrekking tot uw Key Account.
- Markt
- en klantontwikkelingen volgen en analyseren, concurrenten op de voet volgen (strategie, overeenkomst, actieplan, organisatie en processen, nieuwe markten, innovaties, producten ) om groeimogelijkheden te formuleren.
- Onderhandelen met uw klant over jaarlijkse afspraken over prijzen en voorwaarden en stel de commerciële samenwerking veilig.
- Voorbereiden en beheren van het budget, opvolgen van betalingen in samenwerking met de klantendienst en de boekhoudkundige teams.
- Zorgen voor een soepele uitvoering van alle categorie
- en merkstrategieën op klantniveau.
- Zorgen voor het operationeel beheer van de toegewezen klanten, opvolgen van de verkoopvolumes (wekelijkse opvolging van de prognoses, evaluatie van de doeltreffendheid van de promoties en van de prestaties van de klanten, opstellen van actieplannen ).
- Zorgen voor een doeltreffende communicatie met andere afdelingen (Customer Service, Trade marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain).
- Deelnemen aan nationale en regionale management verkoopvergaderingen.
- Het communiceren uw plannen naar het veld om de volledige uitvoering ervan te verzekeren.

**Onze ideale kandidaat heeft**:

- Een master in economie of marketing
- Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in sales, trade marketing of marketing, met een eerste succesvolle ervaring in een KAM- en/of trade marketing functie in FMCG
- Tweetalig (C2) in het Nederlands en Frans, en een uitstekend niveau van het Engels
- Beheersing van de belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden van de KAM-rol, zoals onderhandelen, budgetteren, prognosticeren en effectieve bedrijfsplanning
- Uitstekende kennis van de FMCG-markt en de belangrijkste Belgische retailers
- Sterke onderhandelings-, communicatie
- en analytische vaardigheden
- Leiderschapsvaardigheden
- Autonomie in het beheer van klantenrelaties
- Goede kennis van P&L management
- Kennis van commerciële en kantoorsoftware Excel & PowerPoint, SAP
