**Hays zoekt voor een sterke firma uit Waregem met internationale vestigingen een quality proces manager die de kwaliteitsprocessen in andere vestigingen wil opzetten en optimaliseren. De firma is gespecialiseerd in de verhandeling en levering van hoogwaardige technische onderdelen voor o.a. landbouwmachines.**
**Jouw nieuwe job**
Als quality proces manager bekleed je een nieuwe rol waarbij je instaat voor de verdere optimalisatie van kwaliteitsprocessen. Dit voornamelijk in buitenlandse vestigingen van dit groot bedrijf, allen gelegen in Europa. Het is de bedoeling dat de productkwaliteit maximaal verhoogd wordt door nieuwe kwaliteitsprocessen te introduceren en de huidige werking langzaam hieraan aan te passen. Dit houdt o.a. in
- Klachtenbehandeling optimaliseren
- Risico inschatting nieuwe aankopen
- Opleidingsnoden van lokaal personeel inschatten
- Selecteren van juiste meet
- en testmiddelen
Je aligneert dit met de bestaande standaardprocessen die toegepast worden in de hoofdzetel in Waregem. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de lokale teams waarbij je tot 50% van je tijd in het buitenland vertoeft (in de werkweek). Tevens ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega’s, omtrent escalaties of klachten. Je werkt actief mee aan het opzetten van verbeterprojecten die een positieve impact hebben op de productkwaliteit. Je rapporteert in deze rol aan de quality director.
**Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn?**
Hays Engineering zoekt voor deze job als quality proces manager een ervaren kandidaat met technische achtergrond. Je hebt ervaring in technische bedrijven met opzetten van nieuwe processen, al dan niet mbt kwaliteit en hebt enige kennis van change management. We zoeken een analytische kandidaat met de nodige people skills die ervoor openstaat om 30 tot 50% van zijn/haar tijd door te brengen in Europese vestigingen. Je spreekt dan ook vlot Engels, Frans en Nederlands.
